My name is Tom, and for over 8 years I’ve been creating websites that don’t just look great — they drive results. My journey started at a large agency, where I went through all the stages — from junior designer to team lead — managing projects for clients across Europe and North America. Hundreds of completed cases, dozens of niches, and millions spent on ad budgets later, I realized: I’m ready to go solo. Because I want to create not “by instruction,” but with purpose. Not scatter my focus, but take on clients where I see real growth potential.
I don’t build websites for the sake of websites. I design funnels, strengthen offers, adapt structure to the specific audience, and connect analytics so everything is measurable. I care not about pixels, but about sales. That’s why my approach is always about meaning, system, and focus on goals.
Now I’m building my own studio, taking full responsibility for results, and committing 100% to every project. 8 years in digital. From agency to my own studio
I don’t experiment. I use only the tools that actually work in 2024–2025 and deliver results. Tilda, Kommo CRM, Google Ads, Meta, Figma — each in its place, for a specific task. From design to ad launch and analytics — everything turnkey, no fluff, no “maybe it’ll work.”
I don’t spread across 20 platforms. It’s better to master 5 tools deeply and implement them wisely than to use 20 randomly. Less chaos, more control, higher conversion.

My professional career is built not on guesswork, but on systematic knowledge. I graduated from the Higher School of Business and Administration in Poland, where I gained a foundation in management, marketing, and strategic thinking. From the very beginning, I focused not just on theory but on practical skills that could be monetized. What mattered to me was understanding how business works from the inside — and how to strengthen it through digital tools.
For me, education is not a diploma on the wall. It’s a habit of learning, analyzing, and implementing the best. I regularly complete professional courses and certifications: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tilda, Kommo CRM, and others. This keeps me up to date with new tools, lets me test solutions, and apply only what actually works.
I’m convinced: quality work is impossible without deeply understanding who you are doing it for and why. That’s why I constantly develop not only my skills, but also my perspective, strategy, and analytics — so every project is not just beautiful, but effective and relevant for your market.
